Dreams to Reality

"A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work."

The Dreamer
Hi! I'm Jan Robbie Nathaniel, 17 years old. I live in Ambabaay Bani and currently studying in Alaminos City National High School under the STEM Strand ( Academic Track ).

And I am here to introduce my self and to show my dreams and goals in life.

So, first and foremost, let me tell you who I am in the eyes of the people. I am a friendly and upbeat person with an aura that keeps everyone around me entertained and at ease. With this, I've made a lot of new friends from elementary school to now. Yes, people change, but I believe our attitudes and abilities in interacting with others do not.

There's a lot of fun facts about me, I love playing video games, outdoor activities and also music, I love singing and playing instruments especially guitar. I'm the type of guy who seeks adventure and new experiences, so during my junior high school years, I tried out for pageants, tested my basketball abilities by trying out, and was chosen to represent our school in Science Festival ( Division ). I enjoy doing things that I believe will help me grow as a person and improve my skills.
Now as a Senior High School student, I've made a lot of friends, and I treat them like family. This will be the last time I see myself as a teenager before entering adulthood. So I pledge that this year will be memorable and one of the best chapters of my life.

Dreamer's Dreams and Goals

I recall having many dreams in life when I was younger. I believe that nothing is impossible, so as a child, my only perspective was to dream big and aim high. My imagination took me to another level; I even fantasized about being a superhuman. I behave like a superhero. It was a good old days that we can't go back to, and that's when I realized that we must cherish every moment of our lives.

My mind, as well as my dreams and ambitions, began to change as I grew older. I began to fantasize about becoming a doctor. As a result of this dream of becoming a great and hardworking student, I began to investigate the field of medicine. Because it is so interesting, it is also so broad that we can learn and discover new things that no one else finds interesting. I recall a time when I looked up at the sky, watched and counted the stars, and asked myself, 'Can I do this?' as well as positively responding to it. This taught me to be optimistic, and that is who I am today.

My journey, our journey is just starting, so we must keep moving forward. Accept every thing that might happen, even if its negative. Put in our mind that "Everything happens for a reason". As I said, we can't use magic just to achieve our dream, we need ourselves to make our dream come true. We must have the courage and the guts to pursue them because the future only belongs to the those who believes in the beauty of their dreams.

"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." - Carl Jung.
